I bought an office desk from them back in 2018. Unfortunately, they are no longer sold through Luxo Living. I am very happy with the quality. It is still in good condition. And the price was really good ($61.34 for an L-shaped desk).

The delivery was smooth and quick. No issue at all.
And it was not difficult to assemble the desk. Although I like IKEA’s instruction better. It is more detailed and easier to understand than Luxo Living’s one.
Luxo Living also offers excellent value for money furniture.
The prices are attractive. There are some products with free delivery too. You can also buy with ZipPay, where you can buy now and pay later with interest-free.
I personally like their design too. No need to spend much on elegant-look furniture.

Things You Should Know Before You Buy at Luxo Living
If the product is in stock, Luxo Living will ship within 4 business days. Time of delivery would depend on your location. Estimated delivery time to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide is between 3-5 business days, Perth between 4-8 business days, and for the rest of Australia between 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch. On their website, it says allow up to 10 business days after dispatch for all deliveries (meaning 14 business days after you have made the purchase). However if the product is not in stock, the estimated dispatch date would appear on the product page.

Delivery is free for some products, but not for all products. You will see the delivery cost upon checkout. It is recommended to make all purchases at once to save some delivery fees rather than order individually.
The delivery service does not include taking the items inside, upstairs or in lifts, placement in your home or removal of packaging. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep on the ground level of your building. If your place has limited access or is not on the ground floor, Luxo Living suggests getting the help of others to help bringing the items to your place. Only one person on board the vehicle. Sauna or wine fridge is a large and heavy item. You would need to get at least 3 or 4 people to lift the foods.
Ensure that you check the goods carefully upon receiving the delivery. If you found any carton damage, note on the consignment that the packaging is damaged and cross out “received in good condition”. If the item has been severely damaged, you would need to reject the delivery and contact Luxo Living. All items should be opened and checked immediately after delivery. You have 2 business days from receipt of the items to make a damage claim.
You can also opt to collect your order at its Western Sydney warehouse.
12 months for all products used in private household, or 3 months for commercial purpose.
Does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage arising from abnormal use, misuse or abuse
- Products which have been modified
- Products which have not been properly maintained
- Damage to packaging
- Minor superficial defects/blemishes
- Minor variations in dimensions, colour or finishing
It comes with 30-day money-back guarantee. But delivery costs for items purchased on a free shipping promotion will be deducted from the amount of refund along with the return delivery cost if this has been arranged by Luxo Living. A 10% restocking fee will also apply.
Mattresses, mattress toppers and bed sheets must be returned in unopened and sealed packaging, otherwise they would not be accepted for return, due to health & hygiene regulations.
